Most “About” pages tell you about the company and the way they went without food, lived at the office and worked 200 hours a week just to bring you this great product. CatchMyData is different, we don’t think you have time to worry about our ongoing struggle to put food on the table and keep the cable service paid, you have your own problems.
So our About page is About your problem.
We think Mr. Post-It-Note is typical of your business problem. Awash in a sea of information but you can’t find what you need when you need it. So like most companies you hire administrative staff to find the information, and so begins the cycle. What if Mr. Post-It-Note would just follow you around?
CatchMyData provides a solution to the problem that you just can’t find the business information you want when you need it.
Oh ya, we live in a cold and frozen northern land, there is hockey and lots of time to solve sticky problems.
CatchMyData is a new service to collect business information found in orders, forms and customer interactions and the tools to manage the information. In other words, the nooks and crannies of business processes.
Guy Kawasaki says we need a 3 word mantra instead of a mission statement so here is ours: “Better, Faster, Cheaper”. We didn’t have a lot of time to come up with it so isn’t exactly new. We might change it to “Simple, Simple, Simple”, up for debate over lunch. If your company has a mission statement which required a committee to concoct, lawyers to draft, boards to approve and you embossed it on a wall plaque then just ignore this diatribe.
P.S. Some companies try and solve the Post-It-Note-Guy problem with ERP solutions. If you have the money and time for that acronym you really don’t need us, unless you have a specific point-of-pain in your business that you want to eliminate quickly and easily.
